Quaint inn in the Spessart. Delicious and sumptuous food at absolutely reasonable prices. Even food intolerances can be taken into account as the dishes are freshly prepared. Definitely worth a trip / hike!

Two years ago we were there twice this year and unfortunately not enthusiastic and today it was completely exceeded we ordered a rump steak medium and got a normal grill steak that unfortunately cannot be very disappointed

I was there for lunch today and unfortunately have to deduct some stars based on experience. The service was very slow and I found it rather unfriendly. We had ordered turkey escalope with chips without any other side dishes and without sauce for our son. Then came a hunter's schnitzel with salad. The waitress didn't even apologize. Instead of the right food, we got a turkey schnitzel without fries. Nevertheless, we had to pay the full price. In addition, the playground was fenced with an electric fence and there was a horse on it (no joke). So our boys couldn't even pass the waiting time until the meal (which was also rather long). The only plus: the food that came tasted good. No recommendation and I will not eat here again.

The pomegranates were tough. We also waited a long time for the food to be ready.

We were there for dinner by the Schlemmerblock .... it is not necessarily nice from the decor but the food is amazing. It was unbelievably delicious and the owner is a sweetie. We can recommend it with the best conscience. Will definitely eat there again

I was there for the first time with friends, I felt good immediately, it is very nice and cozy, the portions are large and very tasty, I can only recommend it.

We had venison goulash and sauerbraten with dumplings, as a starter a liver dumpling soup. Everything was delicious and prices couldn't be beat 👍🏼 All in all, good German cuisine in the country, like with grandma and grandpa. We would love to come back!

Yes, the mill is a bit old but it has a robust charm. The food tastes and the portions are more than richly endowed for the prices. Old School in the Spessart. In the immediate vicinity there are the digestive walk to discover interesting corners.
